Information we collect
When you create an account, buy a kit, or join a membership, we collect your name and email address. We also store the memory books and pages you create in the Studio, any pages you share on the Studio Wall, and a record of your orders and downloads. If you contact us, we keep a copy of your message.
How we use it
We use your information to run your account, deliver your kits and credits, process payments, send transactional emails (like order confirmations), and provide customer support. We may also send occasional product news and inspiration — you can opt out of marketing emails at any time. We never sell your personal information.
Payments
Payments are processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We store a record of your orders, but we do not see or store your full card or bank account details — those are handled entirely by Stripe. You can review Stripe's privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.
Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you logged in, remember what's in your cart, and understand how visitors use the site. We also use cookies for affiliate marketing and analytics. Affiliate marketing & advertising
We participate in affiliate marketing programs and may display ads or affiliate links for third-party products. These partners may use cookies to track clicks and conversions so they can pay us a commission. This does not affect the price you pay. Affiliate links are clearly labeled. Sharing on the Studio Wall
Pages you upload to the Studio Wall are visible to other members and visitors. Comments and likes are public. You can remove your shared pages at any time from your dashboard.
Shared memory books
If you toggle "Share" on a book, a public link is created that lets anyone with the link view that book. You can turn sharing off at any time to make the book private again.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. You can edit your account details at any time from your dashboard. To request deletion of your account and associated data, contact us and we'll process it within 30 days. If you're in the EU or UK (GDPR) or California (CCPA), you also have the right to object to certain processing and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Data retention
We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your membership, we keep your order history and account details so you can return, but your Studio books and pages may be deleted after one year unless you reactivate. Shared books are removed from public view immediately when you make them private.
Children's privacy
Our service is not directed to children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we'll delete it.
Third-party links
Our site contains links to third-party websites (like our print-on-demand partners and affiliate stores). We're not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites — please review their policies before sharing your information with them.
